Of the found lacrosse applications, only four were free while the rest of the applications cost between $0.99 and $5.99 to download. I came with thirty different applications using this keyword. It only seemed appropriate for me to continue my search by using the actual search feature and the keyword lacrosse. I was not surprised when I did not find any lacrosse games within these top- subcategories. I looked under the sports category to see if they had any lacrosse games listed in the top paid for applications and the top free applications. At first I decided to look for these applications by searching by categories. I then thought what better way to find lacrosse related applications than to look through the applications on iTunes or on the actual iPod touch. My first thought was to use Google and search the keywords: apple lacrosse applications. This, of course, led to my search for lacrosse applications. But then I thought that it would be interesting to see look through some of the applications that I did not already know about. After going on a free application spree, until my battery died and I remembered that I would have to eventually return the touch anyway. Since one of my best friends has an iPhone, I was already aware of some cool games and applications to get in addition to those already programmed into the touch. Besides linking my email account to the touch as well as my Facebook and Twitter, I have somewhat become addicted to looking for fun and exciting applications whether they are new or old. After the distribution of the iPod touches in class, I have been playing around with my iPod touch to see all that it has to offer.
